Massachusetts Commission for the Blind provides specialized social and rehabilitative services, medical and financial assistance, and translation services in all languages.

Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) supports for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to participate fully in their communities.

Massachusetts Department of Children and Families protects children from child abuse and neglect.

Massachusetts Department of Mental Health supports children with mental health concerns.

Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative provides behavioral and mental health services for children enrolled in MassHealth, and support and training for families.

MassHealth/MA Office of Medicaid  In Massachusetts, Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) are combined into one program called MassHealth. MassHealth members may be able to get doctors visits, prescription drugs, hospital stays, and many other important services at little or no cost.

Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH)  The Division for Children & Youth with Special Health Needs works with families, providers, and others to support children and youth with special health needs ages birth to 22 and their families. This includes children and youth with chronic medical, physical, developmental, behavioral or emotional conditions.
